We will work with the Owner and their A/E team in the capacity of Construction Managers throughout the design and construction documentation of the project, providing the following services:

• Advice and consultation on all aspects of planning.
• Management of the design and construction phases.
• Establishment of cost, time and quality parameters.
• Value engineering recommendations and cost analysis.
• Preparation of bid packages to select three responsible and responsive bids per trade. We will analyze all bids for price and scope compliance and will recommend a selection to your Firm.
